If you’ve ever noticed thought coming and going, popping up and disappearing – then you’ve noticed there is something that persists, even as thought rises and drops. You’ve noticed an awareness that sees the transitory nature of thought. You’ve noticed who you are is not thought. You’ve noticed you are the space in which thought happens. And that’s pretty cool.

An unusual title for me, maybe. I normally write poetic, esoteric, philosophical stuff. Advocating exploration for its own sake. And talking about love. And you’d be forgiven for thinking that doesn’t have much to do with real life, real business, in a real world, with real issues and challenges. But you’d be wrong. It’s got everything to do with it. Here’s why:

Why do my articles make so few concessions to what’s going on in the world? Wouldn’t I be better off teaching people how to ignore, change, or rise above their thinking?
