I’m a bit wordy. Sometimes I go on a bit, or distract myself. This week then, the simplest of truths:
I spend a lot of my working day online, and I also see a lot of Facebook posts. Most of them suggest that something outside of us can make us feel a certain way, and that’s not true. Impossible. Not the way people work – yeah, it *feels* like that, but it’s not true.
I’d love for everyone to know this. To know that another person or event can never be the cause of our feelings right this moment. That we don’t have to try to positive think something to be okay. That we don’t need to be fixed. Then we can get on with living life as it is.
